Περίληψη

Στην παρούσα έρευνα μελετήθηκε η επίδραση ενός εμπορικού υγρού οργανικού σκευάσματος στα ελαιόδενδρα ποικιλίας «Κορωνέϊκη», στο έδαφος, την παραγωγή και το παραγόμενο ελαιόλαδο σε σύγκριση και συνδυασμό με τις συνηθισμένες λιπαντικές φροντίδες. Πρόκειται για έναν υγρό συμπυκνωμένο φυσικό ενεργοποιητή ο οποίος περιέχει 26% (w/v) χουμικά και φουλβικά οξέα. Εφαρμόστηκε διαφυλλικά σε πειραματικούς ελαιώνες με ψεκασμό αυτόρριζων ελαιόδενδρων ηλικίας περίπου 40 ετών, είτε από εδάφους σε νεαρά δενδρύλλια εντός φυτοδοχείων χωρητικότητας 12 L. wo years 2020-21 in the nitrogen-potassium treatments, despite its initial decrease in them. Exchangeable Ca shows low values below the sufficiency limits in the AC soil, and hass="b4">
in the AL soil. Low values of exchangeable Mg were recorded, especially in the AL soil and in the enhanced N treatments (AC7 and AL7) of the two soil types. Variations in available B are affected by fertilizer treatments, soil type and their interaction, and are mainly illustrated by the negative correlation with pH. The concentration of N in the olive leaves is positively correlated with the N of the soil and the concentration of chlorophylls, throughout the examined three years. The concentration of P in the leaves fluctuates within the sufficiency levels throughout the considered three years. K concentration in olive leaves in the two experimental olive groves is negatively correlated with Mg concentration in leaves throughout the three years, while Ca concentration in olive leaves is positively correlated with pH, soil salinity and exchangeable Ca. The concentration of B in the leaves showed a positive correlation with the available soil B throughout the three years in both soil types, affected by the fertilizer treatments, by the soil type and by their interaction. The achievement of high fruit production/tree always corresponded to a stable range of chlorophyll a/chlorophyll b ratio in August (2.4-3.3), for the whole three years considered in both soil types, and converging values of carotenoid concentration in leaves at the same month, which varied every year and soil type. In the treatments with one and two applications with the organic formulation in the AC olive grove (AC3, AC4) and one application in the AL olive grove (AL3) with the same formulation, it gave the greatest productions during the conduct of the experiment, with the phenomenon of alternate bearing to be mitigated in the AL olive grove, while in the AC olive grove it continued to take place. The acidity of the olive oil presented the years of reduced production, in the control a high significant value of the acidity of the produced olive oil, especially in the AC olive grove (>1.7 % w/w), as well as in the case of enhanced K fertilization (AC7, ΑL7). The above leads to research proposals with which targeted experiments to investigate better and clearer results for lubricant treatments with foliar sprays type AC3, AC4, AL3, AL4 (with maintenance N fertilization of 1-1.5 kg N/tree) as well as investigating the effect of foliar spraying with the same formulation 20-40 days before the start of flowering. About the experimental containers: The soil pH is maintained at approximately the same basic values in the AL substrate, with a tendency to decrease in the N treatment (AL2), and in the fertilizer treatments with the organic formulation (AL3, AL4, AL5), and more in the N treatments, while in the AC substrate increases, especially in the control. An increase in salinity is observed in the treatments in both soil types, The increase in organic matter in AC substrate is small in 2019 and increased in 2020, remaining at the same levels in 2021, without spectacular differences between oil treatments, while in AL soil higher values are observed, with the increase in organic matter starting from the first experimental year (2019), and remaining at approximately the same levels in the following two years, with the highest values recorded in AL1, AL2, and AL4. Total calcium carbonate was not affected by the fertilizer treatments in both soil types. The total soil N is affected mainly by the fertilizer treatments, while the available P during the three years was affected by the fertilizer treatments, the soil environment and their interaction. The highest values of exchangeable K are recorded in the N-K treatments and the enhanced organic treatment in both soil types. Exchangeable Ca characterizes the soil type with low values below the sufficiency limits or marginal in the control and N treatments in the AC substrates, and high values within the sufficiency range in the ALs. The available B is affected by the fertilizer treatments, the soil type (the last two years), and their interaction throughout the three years. A positive correlation of N concentration in olive leaves with soil N and chlorophyll concentration is recorded throughout the three years examined, while the P concentration in the leaves fluctuated at sufficient levels throughout the three years examined. The concentration of K in olive leaves is positively correlated with soil K in the first two years, while the concentration of Ca in olive leaves is positively correlated with exchangeable Ca throughout the examined three years. Leaf Mg concentration showed a positive correlation with leaf chlorophyll in 2020-21, while leaf B concentration showed a positive correlation in the AL substrate, to a very positive correlation in the AC substrate with available soil B throughout the three years. The concentration of chlorophylls in the leaves in December records a positive correlation with the concentration of carotenoids throughout the examined three years. In AC plant containers, the total yield records a maximum value in the AC2 treatment, giving approximately the same yield throughout the three years examined, with AC3 following, which is maximum in 2019. The total olive oil yield is recorded maximum in AC3, due to the maximum significant value of weight of the olive fruit and olive oil content throughout the considered period. Also notable, although expected, was the significantly maximum total vegetation in the N treatment (AC2). In AL plant pots, AL3 and AL7 seem to stand out in most of the examined variables without proving to be significant most of the time. The acidity of the olive oil correlates positively with the ripening index and negatively with the oil content of the fruit throughout the examined three years in the AL experimental plant containers.
