Comparative analysis of Human Resources Management in the industrial and public sector in Greece

Abstract

The object of study is the state of HRM in the organizations of the public and industrial sector in Greece with subsequent proposals for their improvement. The subject of the study is HRM as a comparative factor that affects the overall development of public and industrial sector organizations in Greece. The main scientific thesis of the present study is that due to the development of the economy, as a key factor for the success of any organization is the growing competition to provide adequate human resources. The aim of the study is to make a comparative analysis of human resource management in the industrial and public sector in Greece. The first chapter of the dissertation covers the theoretical and methodological issues of human resource management. The second chapter examines the state and development of the industrial and public sector in Greece.
