This paper attempts to record and analyze the positions of the presidencies of the Greek Primary Teachers' Federation (DOE) on the issue of education of culturally diverse students in Greece, during the period 1990 - 2010. In other words, it attempts to identify and interpret the reasons and actions of the official trade union organization of primary school teachers, on the issue of education of culturally diverse students in Greece during this period. More specifically, attempts to record and interpret the vision, the degree of involvement, the political and ideological framework, the general attitude, the agreement or not with the respective government choices, possible differentiation from political parties and factions etc. In particular, the dissertation is developed in two parts and in 9 chapters.
