A COMPARATIVE STUDY OF WORK VALUES, ATTITUDES (TOWARDS WORK) AND �OCCUPATIONAL PLANNING BETWEEN STUDENTS ATTENDING EVENING AND DAY GENERAL �LYCEA.
Abstract
THE RESEARCH IS BASED ON A REPRESENTATIVE SAMPLE OF 1.081 STUDENTS IN THEIR FINAL YEAR OF SCHOOLING IN THE LYCEUM, COMING FROM 29 DAY AND 27 EVENING GENERAL LYCEA FROM DIFFERENT PARTS OF GREECE. THE AIM OF THE RESEARCH, IS THE COMPARISON OF EDUCATIONAL AND OCCUPATIONAL PLANS, WORK VALUES AND ATTITUDES BETWEEN THE DAY AND EVENING LYCEA STUDENT. THE MAIN RESEARCH FINDINGS HAVE SHOWNBIG DIFFERENCES BETWEEN DAY AND EVENING LYCEA STUDENT'S IN THEIR: - OCCUPATIONAL PLANS, - SCHOOL ATTENDANCE, - OCCUPATIONAL INFORMATION, - WORK VALUES AND ATTITUDES.
