The relation between pupil and teacher in pupil-centered school.: pedagogical and instructional dimension.

Abstract

ΤΗΕ PROJECT,DELIMITATING THE STUDENT-CENTERD SCHOOL,DETERMINES THE OUTLINE OF THE PEDAGOGIC RELATION BETWEEN THE TEACHER AND THE STUDENT.IT EXPLANATORILY SYSTEMATIZES AND EXPLOITS THE ATTITUDES THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN EXPRESSED.IT SHOWS THAT TODAY THE TEACHER CANNOT ONLY BE THE LECTURE.ADOPTING THE RPINCIPAL THAT "TEACHING IS NOTHING,IF IT IS NOT A RELATION",IT CITES SPECIFIC PRACTICES FOR BUILDING UP POSITIVE RELATIONS BETWEEN TEACHERS AND STUDENTS AND BETWEEN STUDENTS.METHODOLOGICALLY,IT EXPLOITS THE "THEORETICAL TRIANGULATING" AND THE ANALYZING RPOCEDURE SHIFTS TO INDIVEDUAL,INTERACTION AND SOCIAL-CULTURAL LEVELS.FOR A RELATIONSHIP WHICH AIMS TO THE AUTONOMY AND EMANCIPATION OF THE STUDENT AND THE RPOFESSIONAL COMPLETION OF THE TEACHER,IT SUGGESTS THE REDEFINITION OF THE TEACHER'S ROLE,THE SCHOOL ASSISTANT AND THS DAYLONG SCHOOL,FOR THE SATISFACTION OF THE PARTICULAR EDUCATIONAL NEEDS.
