Physical education through group games (sports) and dramatic art: effections and influences on students' motor and social development

Abstract

The content of the course of Physical Education is particularly important, but also significant is the way they are taught. The way in which physical education is taught is important because it determines the abilities and skills that students will acquire. The main purpose of the research was to investigate the effects and influences, through modified regulations in the team games (especially in the game of football) of Physical Education, in the motor and social development of the students. Also, in the alternative approach of the game with the differentiated rules, techniques of Dramatic Art were introduced in it. Dramatic Art comes to offer a fun and light atmosphere, but without overshadowing the meaning of the play and the Physical Education course losing its basic aspirations.
