SHBG levels during clomiphene citrate test in women with endometriosis before, during and after danazol treatment

Abstract

Ten patients, aged 21-37, suffering from endometriosis, which was confirmed by laparoscopy, were treated with danazol at a dose of 200 mg three times daily for six months.
