CONSUMER SATISFACTION/DISSATISFACTION WITH PUBLIC GOODS AND CORRELATES OF DISSATISFACTION CONSEQUENCES
Abstract
CONSUMER SATISFACTION/DISSATISFACTION WITH PUBLIC GOODS AND SERVICES AND DISSATISFACTION CONSEQUENCES ARE TWO RESEARCH FIELDS WHICH HAVE BEEN SLIGHTLY RESEARCHED IN THE RELEVANT LITERATURE. THIS DOCTORATE THESIS HAS EXAMINED THESE FIELDSAND CONCENTRATED IN THE CONSUMER COMPLAINING BEHAVIOR AND THE ANGER FELT BY THE COMSUMER AFTER THE DISSATISFACTION. THEREFORE, THE MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THIS DOCTORATE THESIS WAS TO EXAMINE THE CONSEQUENCES OF CONSUMER DISSATISFACTION WITH A NUMBER OF PUBLIC GOODS AND FIND SOME FACTORS WITH WHICH THE CONSEQUENCES ARE RELATED. THE EMPHASIS, HOWEVER, WAS UPON COMPLAINING BEHAVIOR PATTERNS. SECONDLY THE RESEARCH EXAMINED CONSUMER SATISFACTION/DISSATISFACTION WITH PUBLIC GOODS. FOR A BETTER ANALYSIS WE CONSTRUCTED A VERBAL MODEL WHICH SYSTEMATIZES THE CORRELATES OF THE CONSEQUENCES OF CONSUMER DISSATISFACTION WITH PUBLIC GOODS. (SHORTENED)
