STUDY OF THE INFLUENCE OF SOME TRANSITION ELEMENT OXIDES ON THE CHEMICAL AND PHYSICOMECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF CLINKER

Abstract

SUBJECT OF THE PRESENT THESIS IS THE INFLUENCE OF MOO3, NB2OR, WO3, AND ZRO2 ONTHE PROPERTIES OF CLINKER AND CEMENT. THE EFFECT OF THE PREVIOUS OXIDES ON THEPROCESSES OF RAW MATERIAL SINZERING AND CEMENT HYDRAMON WAS STUDIED BY MEANS OF DIFFERENTIAL SCANNING CALORIMETRY. X-RAY DIFFRACTION OPTICAL AND ELECTRON SCANNING MICROSCOPY. BASED ON THE EXPERIMENTAL RESULTS IT WAS POSSIBLE TO CLARIFY THE ACTION OF THE ABOVE OXIDES ON RAW MATERIAL SINZERING AND ON CEMENT HYDRATION. IN ADDITION, THE LAVORABLE INFLUENCE OF MOO3 AND WO3 ON THE ENERGY CONSUMPTION DURING SINZERING WAS CONFIRMED.
