Ivan Kliun's coloured sketches on paper. A chemical approach of the artworks in the George Costakis collection

Abstract

It is a project for a chemical and technical approach of pigments, which have been used by the artist of Russian avant-garde, Ivan Kliun. These pigments have been used by the artist on colored sketches on paper, we tried to find the composition, the quality, the strength and the characteristics of these pigments and also their behaviour to the environmental elements.
