In the present thesis, theory and methods of calculation of electronic correlation in the simple and double continuous spectrum are presented. We also present results from the application of theory in real systems, for the phenomena of simple and double photoionization in atoms and negatives ions. The problem of double continuum is approached in the frames of resolution of complex eigenvalue schroedinger equation. for the confrontation of problems of electronic structure, we use the state specific theory. the many electron many photon theory (mempt) of c.a. nicolaides and t. mercouris is used for the description of the interaction of atomic and molecular systems with electromagnetic radiation. applications of the above theoretical approach in the systems of he atom and of the negatives ions h- and he- are presented in the second and third chapter.
