Analytical applications of chemiluminescence
Abstract
THIS THESIS INVESTIGATES THE DETERMINATION OF COMPOUNDS OF PHARMACEUTICAL AND BIOLOGICAL INTEREST BY USING CHEMILUMINESCENCE.NEW CHEMILUMINOGENIC REACTIONS WERE FOUND AS WELL AS NEW SENSRTIZERS FOR KNOWN REACTIONS.THE EFFECT OF ORGANIC SOLVENTS ON THE EMISSION INTENSITY AND THE USE OF SEVERAL FLOW SYSTEMS WERE STUDIED.THE COMPOUNDS EXAMINED ARE CATECHOLAMINES,CEPHALOSPORINS AND STEROIDS.ALBUMIN WAS DETERMINED IN BLOOD SERUM.
