MORPHOLOGICAL STUDY CELLS OF LIVER MOUSE AFTER THE EJECT OF INCREASE DOSE OF RADIATION
Abstract
WHITE MICE (BODY WEIGHT; 120 GR AGE 7 WEEKS) WERE USED IN THE PRESENT STUDY. THE ANIMALS WERE EXPOSED TO X-RAYS COMING FROM A DISTANCE OF 100 CM IN A 3,5 X 2,5 CM FIELD WITH THE HEPATIC PARENCHYMA AS A TARGET. THE X-RAY DOSES WERE INCREASING: THE FIRST ONE WAS 8 GY AND THE SECOND 16 GY. A LINEAR ACCELARATOR WAS USED. THE BIOPSIES WERE MADE 96 H AFTER THE IRRADIATION AND THE PROCEDURES FOR LIGHT AND TRANSMISSION ELECTRON MICROSCOPE STUDIES FOLLOWED IMMEDIATELY. THE FINDINGS FROM THE SPECIMENS STUDIED THE TRANSMISSION ELECTRON MICROSCOPE GAVE US MOST DETAILED RESULTS CONCERNING TH STRUCTURE OF THE CELLS OF THE HEPATIC PARENCHYMA.
