FAMILY AS A WORKING UNIT OF OLD TESTAMENT'S PEOPLE. SOCIOLOGICAL RESEARCH

Abstract

1) STRUCTURE, VALUES OF WORK, AND FAMILY AS A UNIT OF WORK IN THE SOCIETY OF ANCIENT ISRAEL ARE RESEARCHED. SOME METHODOLOGICAL TOOLS WERE DEVISED: "SCALE OF FAMILISTIC RELATIONSHIPS" (FOR WHATSOEVER GROUP), "METHOD OF UNIFIED FIELD OF RESEARCH", AS WELL AS THE TERMS "LEGISLATED CLASS", AND "EMPLOYERS' CIVILIZATION". 2) BASIS OF THIS RESEARCH IS THE PROPOSAL OF SOME SOCIOLOGISTS TO INOCULATE TO THE "UNIT OF WORK OF INDUSTRIAL CIVILIZATION" WHICH WERE PREVAILED IN THE FAMILY AS A UNIT OF WORK IN WESTERN PRE- INDUSTRIAL CIVILIZATION. HERE IS RESEARCHED ONE OF THE MOST POWERFUL RESOURCES OF THAT FAMILY: THE FAMILY AS A UNIT OF WORK IN ANCIENT ISRAEL. 3) MAIN CONCLUSION: THE FAMILY AS A UNIT OF WORK IN ANCIENT ISRAEL HAS FAMILISTIC RELATIONSHIPS OF THE "MOST HIGH LEVEL".
