Abstract

ANALYSIS OF THE FACTORS WHICH DETERMINE THE EMPLOYMENT AND THE SOCIALLY, ECONOMICALLY AND DEMOGRAPHY FACTORS WHICH EFFECTS THE SITUATION. STUDY OF THE PROBLEMS AND THE RESTRICTIONS IN THE ECONOMICAL DEVELOPMENT AND THE FORMALATION OF PROPOSITIONS OF THE LABOUR SUPPLY ACCORDING TO THE DEMAND OF THE SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT. ANALYSIS OF THE FACTORS OF THE ECONOMICAL DEVELOPMENT OF IRAQ AND ITS MEANING AS BASIC RESTRACTIC FACTORS OF DEVELOPMENT THE INSUFFICIENCY HUMAN FACTOR WHICH IS DUE IN THE MASS PARTICIPATION OF THE POPULATION, MOSTLY THE YOUNGPOPULATION AGED AND THE LOW PARTICIPATION OF THE FEMININE POPULATION IN THE LABOUR POWER. DETAILED ANALYSIS OF THE DEMOGRAPHIC AND SOCIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE NATIONAL PRODUCTION AND EMPLOYMENT, THE DISTRIBUTION OF THE CAPITAL AND THESOCIAL-POLITIC CHARACTERISTICS OF IRAQ.
