VEIN THROMBOSIS AND THROMBUS PREVENTION BY SOULFINPYRAZONE ON OVERPUBERTY PROSTATE

Abstract

IN THE PRESENT MEDICAL WORK THE RESPECTIVE STUDIES TOOK PLACE. FIRST, THE FREQUENT VEIN THROMBOSIS AFTER THE OPERATION IN PATIENTS WHO WERE OPERATED FOR OVER PUBERTY PROSTATE AND FOR THE COMPETENCE OF SOULFIPYRAZONE TO PREVENT SUCH SICKNESS. THE SULTINS GRAZONE WAS PROVIDED BY DOUBLE BLIND TEST AND THE DIAGNOSIS OF THE VEIN THROMBOSIS WAS DONE CLINICALLY BY THE RADIOACTIVE SYSTEM INDICATED BY I 125. A STUDY WAS DONE TOTALLY TO 84 PATIENTS WHO WERE DIVIDED IN TWO TEAMS. THE RESULTS WERE: 1) IN THE TEAM A (WITNESSES) VEIN THROMBOSIS WAS PRESENTED IN 4 PATIENTS, THAT IS 9,5%, WHILE BY THE METHAL OF RADIOACTIVITY TO 14 PATIENTS THAT IS 33,3%, 2) IN THE TEAM B THE CLINIC VEIN THROMBOSIS WAS DIAGNOSED IN 2 PATIENTS THAT IS 4,8% WHILE BY THE METHOD OR RADIOACTIVITY TO PATIENTS THAT IS 16,7%, 3) THE STATISTICAL ANALYSIS OF THE FREQUENT VEIN THROMBOSIS BETWEEN THE TWO TEAMS SHOWED THAN B WAS LESS EFFECTED THAN THE TEAM A (WITNESS)SOMEHOW REMARKABLE = P < 0,02.
