Abstract
THE USE OF BYPASSES BY MEANS OF THE EXTRA ANATOMICAL ROUTE IN CORRESPONDING CASES IN WHICH THE AVOIDANCE OF THE ANATOMICAL WAY IT IS NECESSARY BECAUSE OF HIGH MORBIDITY SEEMS TO AFFORD AND EQUALLY EFFECTIVE BLOOD SUPPLY IN THE ISCHEMIC LOWER LIMBS.
